PUBLIC TERMS V1
The exact public terms.
By submitting the awaken transaction, the current holder asks RAAP to create one permanent public Genesis and Controller Epoch 1 for the selected Battle for the Colony NFT.

Awakening is public, permanent and associated with the NFT's Ethereum chain, contract and token ID.

The Genesis record includes commitments to the NFT's observed tokenURI, fixed RAAP origin evidence, this registry instance and these terms.
- 03
The original NFT is not transferred, reminted, wrapped, replaced or modified by RAAP.
- 04
The submitting wallet is recorded as historical Genesis provenance and as Controller Epoch 1 only while that wallet remains the current NFT owner.

Each admitted ownership transfer creates a new Controller Epoch, so a former owner does not regain an earlier epoch if the NFT later returns to that wallet.

Transfer history is admitted only after two independent Ethereum RPC providers agree on the same consensus-finalized canonical block, that block is at least 64 confirmations behind the live head, and the exact 2 of 2 RAAP Guardian Safe approves the checkpoint.

Awakening opens a public Rebel Home, public Talk, signed public Teach, public Life, public Badges, public Memory status and provider neutral AgentContext.

Owner lessons are public attestations and do not automatically become verified skills, achievements, reputation or external experiences.

Antthony and every other AI may read approved public AgentContext but cannot grant authority, change Genesis, rewrite verified state, spend, execute, delegate or move inventory.

This release does not enable autonomous execution, spending, delegation, inventory mutation, private memory, payments, DeFi, Marketplace settlement, licensing settlement or holder revenue distributions.

Later NFT ownership transfer does not delete or rewrite the public Genesis or public history, but it ends the former controller's current epoch authority.

No yield, profit, payout, appreciation, license or commercial right is promised.

Later financial, private, account, Marketplace or licensing features require their own terms, security review and release approval.
If the wallet or interface shows a different network, contract, ETH value, NFT approval, token allowance or action other than awaken, reject the transaction.
